Review summary

Very disappointed for our first cruise. We had a large group of 13 so was very excited. Had been planning since august 2017. Not sure if I would ever go on another princess cruise due to the rudeness and lack of information for first time cruisers. Renato our cabin steward was the best service

We just did a cruise on the Ruby in March and had 38 teachers from my school. I loved it, the only complaint i had was a mix up getting off the ship on the last day due to my cruise status. After all was said and done i realized it was actually my fault and not the ships. We had a great time and we have already booked on the Royal Princess for April 13, 2019 and we already have 16 people booked as of now

Can you supply specifics? I’ve sailed on the Ruby several times and never had any issues or major complaints.
