Review summary

Nice cruise for the money but service was certainly lacking and crew spends a lot of time up-selling, which I find annoying.

Service and Staff

Not the best service. Bar service very slow. One evening we waited 35 minutes for our drinks.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ruby is showing her age but it is nice and clean

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin furnishings very old and the sofa needs to be thrown out. Couldn’t even sit on the sofa. The balcony, although slightly larger is uncovered so anyone on upper decks can look right down on you.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California
