Embarkation

Organized, quick and efficient.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We had dinner in one specialty restaurant. The food was really good; steaks tender and juicy. Service was good. The buffet has good, healthy choices. We weren’t huge fans of the International Cafe; the food and choices seems to have downgraded.

Vines Wine Bar

5 out of 5

Great selections of wines, and the complimentary sushi and sashimi is fresh and tasty. The service is fantastic.

Service and Staff

Service was fantastic throughout the ship. Everyone is warm and welcoming.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It’s very easy to get from place to place on the ship without getting lost or turned around. The common areas are kept very clean. The decor throughout the ship is nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a mini suite and loved it. The mini suites are a bit larger than the balcony rooms and with little extra touches, well worth it. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Ship tip

The thermal spa is a great place to relax and unwind, especially after a port day.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

Stayed at the Double Tree at the marina before and after the cruise. Fun area to hang out, but also took an Uber to Long Beach (15 mins), and had a great time there as well.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
PV is fun and lively. We did the Tile Factory, Malecón and Tequila Factory excursion. Really fun day! Excellent, fresh authentic food at the Tequila ranch.

Mazatlan, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did not do an excursion here, just wandered around town and the Malecón. Mazatlan is a sleepy little town, and we had a great day on our self guided tour.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did not do an excursion, because we did one last year (snorkeling trip on a catamaran; super fun!), and we wanted to see more of Cabo. Definitely a fun place, and we’ll go again for a resort trip.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very organized and efficient. We were back to our hotel by 11am, so we still had the whole day to play.
