Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room Steward was more than helpful.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Previous steward left the cabin dirty.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was horrible. The window creaked all the time, keeping us from sleeping. Customer Service refused to change our cabin. They claimed there were no cabins empty. That means nobody got sick and did not show up. How likely is that.

Ship tip

Pick a cabin above deck 6. Lower deck cabins creak.
