Review summary

Everything was great except the Customer Service Manager Gidea van der Linde. The Engineer admitted that there was a design flaw in the ship. But they refused to rectify the situation when they could have.

Cabin was horrible. The window creaked all the time, keeping us from sleeping. Customer Service refused to change our cabin. They claimed there were no cabins empty. That means nobody got sick and did not show up. How likely is that.
