She hated it! Staff were rude, and unprofessional. One staff member Jessica wouldn't give my daughter a plastic necklace during the kids fair. She was more concerned about having enough for the next cruise. I don't think she spoke English well, because when checking in and out, she made my daughter first say her first and last name, then spell it- because she couldn't find it on the list, then she would ask for a #, which no one in the staff told us about???? Jessica gave preferential treatment to the other Asians onboard where she's from. She always spoke to them in their language, gave them toys, and extra games! My daughter was never engaged when she went, so bored, and nothing to do!
