Review summary

I loved the show Colors of the World and so many activities. And the other shows were great too! The food was overall good but could be improved. The little kids take over the Jacuzzis and I don't think are old enough to be in there but it is not regulated. Have more Jacuzzis that have jets that work. The lobster was amazing this time! We loved the all you can drink card. Skip Mazatlán and just to Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo. :)  Also, we called several times to dining reservations and guest services and no one ever answers the phone. Have more staff to answer phones.

Our dining crew was great and our cabin guy. But anytime we called on our phone guest services or dining reservations no one answered.

Add more Jacuzzis or kick out all the kids taking them over.
