Matt or, it sound like you got off to a bad start due to a glitch. . Sometimes it's hard to throw off the bad vibe, but letting it eat at you ruined your trip. It caused you to more easily find fault. I am sorry that happened. I hope you can look at it for what it is and not sour you on cruising. Here's to a better experience in the future.

this is the only cruise I've ever been on that I couldn't wait for it to end. It took us about 3 hours to board because of a computer glitch with our board g passes. they said we were in the computer but it would not scan our cards. they gave us new cards twice. we were exhaused when we finally got on. they didn't offer any comps for their mistake. There were very few shaded places to sit outside. They charged extra for their Serenity Area. The food was excellent and the shows were OK. We were on a 9 day cruise and there was no Lobster served in the MDR. If you wanted Lobster you had to pay extra and dine in a specialty restraunt. Seemed like everything on this boat was extra and not included. I felt like I paid enough for the trip, I could have least been offered a shady place to relax, with no kids, without paying extra. Never Again!!!!
