The Royal Princess is an elegant and refined vessel. We had the chance to cruise the Mexican Riviera last week. The ship, its staff and the food were great! The dessert was mediocre and bland but other than that it was great. They had live classical music everyday in the Piazza. It was wonderful. I love that princess offers a refined quiet experience for cruisers who are looking to get away from the loud party cruises.

This was a very enjoyable cruise. Got some R&R and would recommend this itinerary to anyone without mobility issues.

Overall we had a great time. Very relaxing. We really enjoyed zip lining in Puerto Vallarta.

Truly enjoyed the cruise. Princess has to find a way to politely tell rowdy juveniles eating together in the dining room that they have to behave or they should go to the buffet. 99.9% of the staff did a spectacular job. They were very polite everything you would come to expect on a princess cruise. The ship was very well-maintained and extremely clean. Plenty to do for everyone. The only downfall of the entire cruise with tendering in Cabo San Lucas and and getting off the ship back in LA. Truly enjoyable time. Already booked the same cruise for next year.

Great time, with great friends! If you have said with other cruise lines, Princess will satisfy you more.

Most relaxing vacation in many years. Cruise Director Matt O’brien was fantastic and made this trip exceptional!

Need more gluten free options. When on vacation one should not have to worry about extra charges. The first night F&B charged me for an “Ultimate” drink package when all I wanted was the premium coffee card. Took 3 days to have the charges removed. Second to last day on the ship, someone charged wine to my card that I had not ordered. Took overnight to get that back. Too much stress when traveling on a budget.

This cruise was from Buenos Aires to Santiago with a post tour to Machu Pichu. The cruise itself was great but the post tour was the best tour we’ve experienced in large part due to the preparation, knowledge and experience of the guides.

A good ship with no problems and good variety of entertainment. Excellent cruise director (Matt’o) and his team. Only small criticism is restaurant food could have been better. Itinery was good but weather from Falklands round to Chile was misty making for poor visibility.

Loved every minute of our 19 day cruise experience except the disembarkation. Even though the last day (disembarkation chaos) was a black mark on Princess and the cruise overall I would reccomend this cruise itinerary, ship, staff and Princess in a heartbeat.

The on-board internet is light years ahead of previous Princess offerings. Download speed has more than doubled. Upload files are limited in size. Had a special on full-time internet (1/2 price) instead of incremental-log-off-log-on. Much better way to buy internet if it is priced reasonably. Our cruise was only 33 days and we got off at San Antonio, Chili.

First Royal Class ship for me! While it is a beautiful ship, that will appeal to most, it was not my cup of tea! Food was good wait staff mediocre and my room steward was the worst we’ve ever had. Every other room steward we have had has been excellent to outstanding. Not this guy! Hopefully a one off! Gym is too small for the amount of guests aboard. Not a quit place aboard that I could find. The only free place that offered any kind of solace was the adults only pool area. While I would cruise on a Princess mega ship again it would have to be a 7 day cruise or less. 49 days was much too long on that size ship (for me). My favorite ship is the Pacific Princess. That should explain my review somewhat.

Excellent ship with superb layout and lovely staterooms and great well maintained decor with an amazing captain Nash however reception staff met them down badly which needs attention

A very pleasant vacation but not much to do generally. Lots of activities but I often felt like I was at camp, with staff making do with what was available to create activities. No facilities to just go to other than some basic sports stuff-ping pong tables, fitness centre, etc.

Always excellent cruising with Princess, Staff, and ports were outstanding

Overall a great trip wit family and friends. Can't wait for the next one.

Not our best cruise due to weather conditions but we still had a great time.

For a first time experience we really enjoyed. The weather could have been better but that isn't Royal Princess' fault.
