We enjoyed the ship, especially the food, and the length of the cruise. We would cruise Princess again

The ship and staff were wonderful. We visited islands we had never seen before, and will be returning to a few of them. If you are able take stairs, and do self guided tours of the islands. Also, do your homework, try to check out what is the approximate age of the guests that you will be sailing with. Our group was older and somewhat cranky.

We found there where to many cruise ports in a row. Would have liked a day at sea between some. Also we have landed in Barbados two years in a row on Christmas Day. Nothing open. Make it a Sea day. Overall a good ten days.

Christmas get away cruise. Wanted to see the islands, esp. Barbados and Martinique. We took 3 organized tours/excursions. While we enjoyed the islands, they were somewhat underwhelming. The sea days on the ship were too boring for our taste. Lack of relaxation areas (without noise or wind, with sunshine) and pools surprised us.

Enjoyed cruise met a lot of nice people and also a few of nasty people too! Did not let those people spoil my cruise again the crew needs to do a better job in controlling the drunks and those who seem to think they are privileged.

Enjoy the trip overall. Would do it again in the future. Would recommend the Royal Princess to anyone for a cruise ship trip. The ship was relatively new, clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed the ship immensely. We probably would rather stay out at sea the entire time than visit all the poor Caribbean islands. Must admit the boat and and the staff are great!

Would not go on Royal Princess again. We enjoyed the ports of call but not much about the ship. The food was not good, small suites, small bathroom, and some rude people

An over-all positive experience for our first cruise. However, in this day and age, Wi-Fi should absolutely be included for NO CHARGE. The daily service charge of $13.50 per guest should not be called "discretionary" when it's an automatic daily charge. Might want to look up the definition of "discretionary". Also, this charge should be disclosed before booking a cruise. There's no incentive for employees to "earn" their tip if it's automatic. Also - need to disclose to guests that the pop package only includes Coke products before selling it to guests. For those of us who do not like Coke products and don't wish to pay an additional charge for one Coke product not included in the package (diet sprite), find this lack of choices...disappointing.

I would definitely choose this cruise again, but with a Balcony. Beautiful Ship, Delicious food, Very Relaxing, totally worth it. Book excursions, they seem expensive when booking, but it will be worth it.

Overall, it was a great cruise. We would cruise again, and probably even on Princess. Learning from this cruise we would find better options for food and pay more attention to where the ports of call are.

We liked the cruise line and the people on the cruise but the destinations were poor and not realistic. Caravale is too young for us and Holland America is too old for us.

Overall, very nice cruise....pricey for what you actually get. Somewhat shocked at all the additional expenses besides the trip cost. This particular cruise is not designed for children...mainly couples and older travelers.

Wonderful relaxing cruise with great ports of call. Plenty to do on cruise or just relax. The entertainment shows on ship were great from music, comedians and magicians. Quick and easy process getting on and off ship at ports.

We like the customer service very much and the clean bathrooms in the common areas. Lots of places to sit and good entertainment. Our room attendent did a fabulous job.

I thought the ship lacked management. The tour desk was poorly staffed. The people wer knowledgeable however they were not there at the right times. One person should have been at the desk on the days in port. The front desk was poorly staffed not enough help. The internet rarely worked at sea wasted minutes. The managers hours were not posted so you just had to keep checking to see if he was in.

We loved every moment of our cruise. This was our first cruise and first visit to Europe. Princess made everything so easy and treated us wonderfully. We will come back to Princess for future adventures.

We planned the European cruise for a year and it was supposed to be our dream vacation. But it was so disappointing. We were horrified that my husband was served a dead moth in his salad the first night and we never ate in the dining room again. We were unable to enjoy formal night. Other cruises we have taken had much more to do on the ship and the music on other ships is lively and fun. Princess quality is at the bottom of the list compared to Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Disney.
