Review summary

overall a bad experience for me and my family you lost us as a customer forever , I have a severe case also of covid 19 and I would like to be reimbursed for my entire cruise nothing on the cruise was as advertised I believe everything done was to just maximize profits to cruise line and door only to get as many guest on the ship as possible and the ship vibrated terribly the hole time it made the room very noisy

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
they seemed to try but so many of them barely spoke English but there was one my cabin care taker his name rauel cabin #M615 cruise5QGH6V he was there everyday cleaning and refreshing toiles but I still got covid 19 on the ship a bad case and I think you should be still sanitizing every where the whole ship and elevators

Ship Quality

good but everything pusses you to 5-6-7 so you end up there . the carpets needed more vacuuming and tables and floors where almost always dirty

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
slow and my bags where not keep together took 20 minutes to find 5 bags getting out was fine but again for the handicapped there is no special service for and part of the trip more attention toward specia needs clients or explain to them how difficult the cruise is going to be for them ports do nothing at all for handicapped people there was no one there coming back from train ride to wheelchair people so people where being carried by family or other cruise people and it was I long walk back there should have been shuttle that can help the handicapped

Glad you enjoyed your vacation!

You could've easily gotten Covid in one of the ports or while you were traveling before you ever boarded the do ship. They are not responsible for your health.

You need to research the rooms, they do have handicap accessible rooms you could have chosen. Reading your contract would have explained a lot to you, also, going to the Q&A section of the website would have helped explain so much to you. Every cruise line is on top of sanitizing the ships, but Covid is airborne, and in a congestion situation on a cruise ship makes it easy to catch if YOU don't take precautions. Nothing will be much different on any cruise lines ship, so I really don't think cruising for you.

Well….if you had Covid on board and notified Princess, you would have been refunded all the days you were isolated to your cabin, and received a refund for Princess excursions. That happened to friends of ours in June. Also…we wore masks in all public places and didn’t get covid. Our 4 friends who did not wear masks all got Covid. All cruise ships are congregate settings and covid is prevalent.

The cruiseline does not see these posts. This is just a passenger site.

I am sympathetic of your condition. However, being handicapped will not automatically entitle you to any additional cruise benefits. It is your responsibility to look into convenient room locations, booking of appropriate shore excursions, etc. If you experienced misery on this cruise like it appears, you may have been able to avoid those experiences through some forethought and planning.

A lot of complaining, don’t think you would be happy on any ship.

Unfortunately you will not get a refund.

Cruise lines do not look at this website. You will not get a refund. Please read your contract again. Probably best not cruise on any cruiseline until you have researched everything.

Shuttle? We took a cab to the port, popped up the elevator and went to processing. I think this person, barring Princess’s cutbacks, probably should not cruise.
