Review summary

overall a bad experience for me and my family you lost us as a customer forever , I have a severe case also of covid 19 and I would like to be reimbursed for my entire cruise nothing on the cruise was as advertised I believe everything done was to just maximize profits to cruise line and door only to get as many guest on the ship as possible and the ship vibrated terribly the hole time it made the room very noisy

they seemed to try but so many of them barely spoke English but there was one my cabin care taker his name rauel cabin #M615 cruise5QGH6V he was there everyday cleaning and refreshing toiles but I still got covid 19 on the ship a bad case and I think you should be still sanitizing every where the whole ship and elevators

Ship Quality

good but everything pusses you to 5-6-7 so you end up there . the carpets needed more vacuuming and tables and floors where almost always dirty

Disembarkation

slow and my bags where not keep together took 20 minutes to find 5 bags getting out was fine but again for the handicapped there is no special service for and part of the trip more attention toward specia needs clients or explain to them how difficult the cruise is going to be for them ports do nothing at all for handicapped people there was no one there coming back from train ride to wheelchair people so people where being carried by family or other cruise people and it was I long walk back there should have been shuttle that can help the handicapped
