Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was beyond great. Our cabin steward, Joseph, was unbelievable as was our waiter for most of our dinners, Wayan. Also, the hostess at Allegro dining, Andela was great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Great layout and design and the ship was kept extremely neat and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very well propotioned, good design and nice size. Very nice.

Ship tip

IT was awesome, the food was good but not great as in my previous cruises. Was hard sometimes to get a drink at the buffet dining.

Didn't do an excursion, the city is ok.

Juneau, Alaska

Loved it. Went whale watching, saw the Mendenhall gracier and went to a salmon bake. Outstanding.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
Went on a guided motor scooter tour through Dyea to the Chilkoot pass. Great guide and excellent excursion

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
Wish the weather had been better, but it was great. Fog made it difficult to see the area at times. But otherwise absolutely awesome.

Ketchikan, Alaska

4 out of 5
Wish we had longer, felt rushed but really enjoyed Kechikan.

Victoria, British Columbia

Waste of time. 3 hours is just long enough to get off of the boat and walk the pier. It is a 30 minute walk (one way) into town and only one gift store at the pier. The lines in there were ridiculous.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very well organized and designed. Great experince.
