Although the seas were rough, that didn't hamper the relaxing ambience of this cruise. Superior staff and entertainment, and a variety of delicious food, of course, were found, as expected on Holland America. Erwan and Agung were superior stateroom stewards attending to every need and even surprised us with a birthday cake towel art on my birthday. Roxy was a gem coordinating a simple sea burial of friends' cremated remains, including rose petals and certificate of location of remains' release, during the cruise.

after three Holland cruises in the past year there is a noticeable difference in the staff attitude and lack of service on the Lido and Pool deck. It also seems that Holland has "cheaped out" on a lot of services from past years. As I said Holland cruises in the past year it appears that COVID was the excuse for service cuts, but like in baseball Three Strikes "YOUR OUT"

My husband and I decided on this cruise as a last minute vacation to unwind and relax. The cruise was geared to adults, mostly retired and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The cruise was fabulous,the shows were very good, we also enjoyed the movies ar 3pm at the world stage, walking around the deck was very healthy as well as exercising at the fitness center

We have taken our last 5 cruises with HAL, but the same dance troupe with exact performances and the lack of the string quartet at the Lincoln Center makes us want to go back to Royal Caribbean for next year. The comedian Cisco Duran was not very good in our opinion. The comedian Tom McTigue was good.

The weather couldn't have been better. It was smooth sailing the whole way. We did experience some rain on the sea days on the way back towards Ft Lauderdale but the seas were still quite smooth. This was the first cruise that we experienced lightning and I have to say that it was an incredible experience at sea. Totally different than on land. The food, service, entertainment and staff were all incredible. Can't wait to go again,

great cruise, food, service. The individual entertainers were very good. The dance troop while technically good, the performances were not engaging and seemed repetitious.

We were disappointed there was no classical music. The Billboard Onboard singers were very good. Rolling Stone and BB King were too loud.

The UNESCO World Heritage site of Geiranger was definitely the highlight of this cruise. We had very little rain while we were in port or cruising the fjords. The good weather made this good cruise a great cruise.

My cruise trip with Rotterdam was a great experience. The services, food and entertainment events were all great.

It was possibly the best itinerary we've experienced, and the nicest ship we've been on. It was very clean.

Excellent cruise on Hollang America. We always enjoy this line and the new Pinacle Class Ships are amazing. Scenery in this part of Northern Europe is amazing. The only disappointment was that we had to miss our port stop in Reljevek due to hurricane.

Overall, this cruise is good; we didn't run into any issues. Everyone worked hard on the boat, and they are constantly busy serving. Wish it wasn't so crowded on the boat and wish we saw more grand fjords.

Northern Isles cruise is wonderful! Such unusual and beautiful things to see. Holland America does a very good job.

Good cruise for people over 70. If you love playing card games and chilling, also great. If you are looking for exciting and diverse night life, not the cruise for you.

This is our first cruise on Holland America and thought it was wonderful. We enjoyed everything and would definitely go again.

Nice cruise to the fjords of Norway. First cruise of the season for this, and some things were a little off, but mostly good.

All in all it was a great cruise and I forgot to mention 5 of the eight members of our group caught the Norovirus that was circulating the ship. It put them out of commission for 24-48 hours.

Love the ship, but service everywhere seemed slow and in-attentive.. BTW, they do no paper, want you to carry your phone and use their Apt. Not good when you want to get away from carrying a phone around.

This was a great way to visit several countries and the tours were well organized and enjoyable. Ship's staff were all top notch.
