Another great cruise with HAL. We had great weather and smooth sailing.

Itinerary is great but overall boring cruise for younger crowd. Very very laid back.

A fantastic delayed (by 6 months) honeymoon! It exceeded my expectations after 23 HAL cruises, and wowed my bride (first time on a Dam ship)! In fact, she said it was “the cruise of a lifetime!” She will likely feel the same way about our next 2 HAL cruises(booked on board), and this will be the first of many “lifetime cruises!”

Visiting WWI & WWII sites were very moving. The 15 Days on such a great ship was thoroughly enjoyable. Can’t wait until I’m back on HAL again.

We were dockside at all of our stops and didn’t have to ride the tenders, that is a bonus. Tendering takes away from your shore time.

A brief overview is hard, because this was a 21 day trip and every part of it was wonderful The ship, food, ports of call, the staff exceeded our expectations.

We love Holland America ships and the Rotterdam is the best one yet!!

This was our first cruise ever. We loved it. You're traveling from A to B while sleeping and we got to spend 4 of the 7 days visiting different ports and got to spend the whole day there , we loved Norway, what a fantastic country. Loved our room, bed was great and for all the things we got to see it was a very relaxing voyage nonetheless . Preferred the specialty dining options over the buffets and main dining room.

We liked it and we got a good deal when we booked for their 150th anniversary. Ended up getting offered an upgrade, for a price, which we took to the 2nd highest suite which made it really nice. Smooth sailing, great ship, awesome crew and the food overall was great.. Entertainment was lacking tho.

This was our first visit to Europe. We expected many older churches, palaces and castles and were not disappointed. Amsterdam and Berlin was the highlights for us. If you want to tour the Anna Frank house where she hid for two years from the Nazi you must book on line at least two months in advance. You can visit the outside but have to buy tickets to actually go inside.

Cruise of a lifetime. Will never forget it. Seas were calm, the weather was beautiful and we love the Holland ships.

Overall, It will be hard to top this cruise! Everything was truly unforgettable and awesome, except for losing Lincoln Center Stage. I'm still heartbroken about that. They will have to rename many of their decks!! Remove the names of classical composers like they removed their music!! Oooops, sorry, that's a real sore spot. I highly recommend this cruise though.

Great cruise from Scandinavia to Scotland. I wish we could have stayed another week. Excellent staff. Excellent food. Just a good time. Oh and the drink package was worth it. We had it all!

This was our first transatlantic cruise, and we loved it. Started in New York and ended in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. It was Holland America’s 150th year anniversary celebration crossing which made it even more special.

We sailed on the 21 day 150th Anniversary cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Amsterdam. We were disappointed in the entertainment. No more production shows. There was a dance troupe with recorded music who performed several nights. There were various solo acts, like comedians. Shopping was very poor. Normally on a cruise I end up buying a few clothing pieces. Nothing but logo wear. Bring anything you might need as the stock in the stores onboard is very poor.

I have a Holland America Line history that goes back 72 years. Although not the same as my first transatlantic crossing in 1951, "It's still Good to Be On a Wellrun Ship".
