Review summary

Upon our arrival at the pier we discovered that the ship had been quarantined due to norovirus on the previous cruise.  The departure was on time but boarding was delayed, and services were limited for the first four days due to sanitizing procedure.  Once the CDC procedures were completed things returned to normal, especially the attitude of the staff who were considerably overworked.  The communication from the administration was non-existent as we got our information from other passengers.   The only explanation came on (about) the 7th day when a cocktail evening was announced--free drinks for 2 hours. It would have been helpful if we were better informed

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Polo Grill was not up to the standards of the other venues. The service was abrupt and slow. Could be that it was the start of the cruise and sanitizing was taking place
