Main dining food was ok. Main dining service was excellent. Did not use the specialty restaurants. The buffets were superb.

Our cruise director, Elvis Pinto, had something going on almost the entire time. We had a great time on board and while at the different ports of call.

Simply loved all the entertainment on stage and around the ship.

Our room steward, Putu, kept our room neat and tidy and entertained us with his towel creations. Our waiter, Meven, provided an excellent diner service and actually helped us out on shore with picture taking on one occasion. Meven's assistant, Jesus, entertained us during the diner service with a dice game, card trick, several jokes and a special birthday song. Madam Janet from the main dining area accommodated our special birthday dinner request for a table for two. Other ship personnel were always friendly, courteous and helpful.
Ship Quality

The ship's layout was ok. The Centrum , elevator and stair landings were redone very well and in good taste. Our room was a little "worn" and outdated. The pools were ok but the deck looking over the pool and the ocean side showed rust around the glass. Several loungers had broken straps.

Our room was a little "worn" and outdated. Bed and pillows were a little hard. Cleanliness was good. Size was as expected. There was enough room to unpack all of our clothes.
We were caught in a torrential downpour during our visit but still managed to enjoy ourselves in the many bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.
It would have probably been a different experience had we done an excursion. We just wanted to relax on this vacation cruise. We were glad that we experienced some of Cozumel's highlights but will probably not return.

We were glad that we experienced some of Costa Maya's highlights but will probably not return. It seemed as if this little village came directly from one of Disney's parks. It was totally built for tourists.
Several guided missteps from the crew members in charge which led to some confusion while disembarking the ship. The missteps continued in the terminal which caused a large back up. Customs went very efficiently. It was a long wait for the courtesy van to our parked car (about 30 minutes).
