Review summary

Embarkation was super, Dinners in the specialty restaurants were great, the ports that received a 1-star rating were places where the tour companies did not show up or canceled at the last minute because they had no English-speaking guides that day. Disembarkation was a disaster caused by U.S. Customs not having enough staff at the terminal.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Specialty Restaurants were awesome, worth every penny. Buffet was substandard, food was below average at best. We had Club Class Dining, service was great, food was great.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Fitness Center was very well run, plenty of equipment.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room Steward was excellent as were the staff in the main dining room. Waiting for service at bars and the International Cafe was irksome but I understand the staffing issues.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great Location, extra-large cabin for this class, very clean.

Ship tip

Wait until they are better staffed. In general, the cruise was everything we expected, but everything was a step off. Waiting times where there should be none, no bar service in the theater, etc.

Sucked, took over an hour after our scheduled time to disembark, U.S. Customs did not schedule enough inspectors.
