Review summary
The entire staff was simply amazing the entire cruise. We missed our first excursion, but with safety in mind first due to an unexpected mechanical issue, the Captain gave us plenty of notice and we were compensated with an onboard credit immediately and given an additional credit to use on board for the inconvenience. The greeter at the Windjammer each morning was above and beyond super friendly and greeted us with hand sanitizer while singing joyfully and squirting us with “wishy washy” upon each entrance. The server we had at Chops grill, the managers and everyone we encountered were super nice. Made our dining experience superb. Our last dining experience at Giovanni’s with the server Genevieve from the Philippines was the best by far on the ship. Her personality was exceptional. I was getting a little queezy from the ships motion and she coached me through dinner and even gave us a heart shaped napkin. She did not know it was our 33 wedding anniversary until after we ate. She is a total “gem” to have and her menu suggestions were totally on point for both of us along with her excelllent service with a smile and a sweet little tune as she came by the table to check on us and especially me as I was trying to not think about motion sickness.Embarkation
