Review summary
There were 7 of us traveling together Boarded ship out of VanCouver. Some of us were from the Charlottesville Va area Some from the Shen Valley. Va and 3 from Raleigh Nc All meeting in VanCouver the night before. Ports were great. Shopping wonderful. The transfer from the ship to the buses for the second leg going to Anchorage was so smooth. Anchorage is well worth seeing also. But never go on The alaska cruise without taking this 5 day extended land tour. Makes the whole trip a big bonus. Fairbanks and Denali are sites beyond wonder.Embarkation
