I have been on minute cruises I do believe I’ve been on the radiance before. We had no problems either on or off shift. Your crew is so friendly and helpful. It made our stay wonderful. The wind jammer was clean so that’s great and again the crew was awesome I congratulate you For having so many wonderful, friendly employees one of the gentleman at the coffee bar I don’t know his name he was on the right side of the Windjammer when I went to get coffee he was so friendly and helpful and gave me a hi-fi and wonderful smile, the young man in the back of the Windjammer by the bar his name was Richard was wonderful. He was so helpful and sunny offered to help and bring things all the time. Anyway I had a wonderful time and hope to be able to book another trip.

Our dining room experience was wonderful. We were at tables 162.
Our server was Noor. She was very efficient, friendly and gave us great service. We set at her table every day. Angga was her assistant he was also great always had a smile. Very efficient kept the water and tea going. Mr. Ahmad was the head waiter. He was so efficient and attentive always stop by our table to chat and make sure everything was great. All of the restaurant help upfront upon upon our entrance to the dining room. We’re friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The DJ and band on floor four by the customer service desk were awesome. We stayed there every night. Listen to the band danced our heart out and had a wonderful time the 70 show they put on was great. We went to the stage show the first night and left in about 15 minutes we couldn’t figure out what they were doing. Did not enjoy at all most everyone we came in contact thought it was terrible as well. I am sorry to relay this to you. I was so disappointed. Have enjoyed your theater so much every time we’ve gone on a cruise.

The cabin was ok. Knew what to expect in size. Been on many cruises. I am always disappointed that there’s not that two plugs at the mirror. We phones, watches Hearing Aid’s to plug-in, and between two of us that was difficult with no plugs. I was fortunate enough to remember that and took an extension cord which helped. There was efficient closet, space, and it plays for shoes and sweaters for the two of us.
Ship tip
Just go and have a great time. This was my first trip since my husband passed away a year ago. I did not know what to expect being by without him however, I was very surprised that I had such a good time, and my friend that went with me I had recently lost her spouse and we dance. And had a good time did not make me feel out of place
Beautiful scenery. Transportation to Anchorage was easy to find from the ship. Everyone very helpful getting our luggage to the meeting place. The bus ride was comfortable and driver was knowledgeable and shared great information.
