Review summary

The cruise and the ship were all great the vacation was good. Learn a very important lesson look with the company directly do not go through Delta SkyMiles as they are more interested in the sale than actually helping the customer.

We were really happy with the food selection in the dining room as well as the buffet area.

Unfortunately even though it was sunny the pools outside were closed and some of the performances got canceled and shuffled around.

It’s an old ship, it’s been in dry dark for the last couple years and I feel they didn’t do a whole lot of work on it there were lots of areas with bad carpeting paint chipped but nothing to ruin a vacation.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin itself is fine . Our Delta Skymiles person promised us, on multiple occasions that our room door would open up across the hall from the other group in our party, this was completely wrong. Our door was in a whole different hallway on the opposite side of the ship, so one of us was on the starboard the other one was on the port. Not good at all for having a kid who wanted to go from one room to the other. Both me and my mother ask her this multiple times . This is why I will never go with anyone but the cruise line again. Delta Skymiles told us time and time again she is been here for +30 years and she knows, but both my mother and I felt she was more interested in getting the sale and not interested in helping and answering nurse questions especially with all the changes that happened because of COVID-19 protocols.

Ship tip

Inside cabins open to the starboard side of the ship. It’s a small ship but it’s great for port heavy tours as you’re not on the ship as much you’re onshore.
