Review summary

Our first cruise was an incredible adventure! We deeply enjoyed the rest and relaxation. We are very grateful to have seen the beautiful mountains, gorgeous water, glaciers, marine life, animals, and eagles. It was all so absolutely beautiful! The time went by so very swiftly. We will deeply cherish the memory for a long time to come. It was perfect from beginning to end! We are thankful to have met Thomas, Ida, and Aman who assisted us. All three men made each day very special on our cruise. God bless each and everyone involved in making our trip so enjoyable!

We rate all a perfect ten! The chefs and the servers worked diligently to provide delicious food each and every meal that was prepared. Everyone involved had beautiful smiles and provided excellent service. All dining rooms, restaurants, and buffets were kept immaculate and sparkling clean! We were extremely grateful to each and everyone involved regarding the preparation and cleanup, also. The employees were enthusiastic and bent over backwards making sure everything was perfect.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our State Room Attendant provided us with excellent service. Thomas made sure our room was immaculate and furnished every time we left our room. The two waiters in the main dining room were Ida and Aman. They treated us like family and served us delicious food each night we were there. They were a perfect team. All three employees were sincere and we looked forward to visiting with each of them daily. Their courtesy will long be remembered as well as their beautiful smiles. Linda and Gusti and two other employees (I forgot to get their names) were seen every morning with beautiful smiles. Their food and drink area was spotless. They worked diligently, and the food and drinks were delicious in their area. They made sure everything you needed was provided and well stocked at all times. Each and every employee provided excellent service and treatment at all times. They were all dedicated, caring, and loved what they were doing. The atmosphere was positive and cheerful at all times. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

Ship Quality

At times, it was a little confusing walking through the state room's hallway and the two elevators, but nothing major by any means. Yes, the common areas were immaculate, spotless, and well-maintained each and every day.

Thomas greeted us the first day. He was so warm and gracious. He made us feel welcome and at home. The room was more spacious than we anticipated. He had a compassion and caring way about him and he made sure everything was kept furnished and immaculate at all times. Thomas made sure we were comfortable and he assisted us with all of our questions and requests. Thomas did an excellent job with everything we requested. We will never forget his smile and his kindness towards us.
