Review summary

We had a bit of a hiccup. I booked the cruise and didn’t realize in Seward we would disembark. Fredy Rivero was awesome and calmed me down throughout the process of finding airline tickets to get back home. He was extremely helpful and courteous explaining the procedures. Great customer service.

Glad you enjoyed it and were able to get the travel arrangements resolved. Many are not used to a cruise ending in a different port and / or how far it is from Seward to Anchorage, then back to Vancouver.
