Review summary

The Radiance of the Seas cruise to Alaska - Hubbard Glacier Northbound was excellent! The service was simply outstanding! We could not have asked for a better experience. One observation- the boarding process needs to be expedited and also have a medical professional available to determine the health status of passengers before they board the ship. Too many passengers had horrible coughs and colds for this not to be noticed before boarding!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin itself was fine with ample space. The balcony however left much to be desired. There were worn spots with rust in evidence. Had the weather been warmer, I would not have opted to sit on the balcony although I would have liked to because of the poor condition.

Ship tip

Chops was amazing and the service wonderful!!!
