The boat and crew exceeded our expectations. Very easy to maneuver around the ship. Amalita and Sukartika were so amazing that we at in the main dining for every dinner. We also frequented the main dining for most breakfast and lunch as the staff was so friendly and the food was so good. We highly recommend Royal Caribbean for an awesome cruise experience.

Largest variety of food I have ever experienced on a cruise. The main dining room had a wide variety of Appetizers, Main Courses and Deserts. Exceptionally clean at all dining rooms, specialty restaurants and buffets.

Outstanding, We went to Quantum of the sea main performers for a couple shows, comedian shows, Mark Preston. They all exceeded our expectations except Star Water.

The service we received from our waiters, room stewards we exceptional and above expectations. Arline the room steward was very helpful answering questions and kept out room in clean state. We typically only go to main dining room a couple times for meals. This trip we visited the main dining room for dinner every night because Amalita and Sukartika our waiter and waitress were so special. Their service was beyond exceptional, and their personalities fit well with our group of 6. After the first meal the second day, I sat down and they immediately brought me lemons for my water. That continued every day.
When I ordered a steak and asked for Horseradish, Amalita remembered and brought me horseradish each time. She remembered my favorite desert and looked at the menu and told me which days it would be served throughout the trip. Amality and Sukartika were very friendly and shared with us their life stories. Their hard work ethics was extremely impressive. They are great role models and clearly love their role on the Royal Caribbean Team.

The ship layout made it easy to maneuver from point to point to allow us to see the shows we wanted to see. The shopping was conveniently located together.
Cabin / Stateroom

The bed was very comfortable. there was plenty of closet and drawer space to accommodate the two of us. plenty of room to store luggage out of the way. Overall, we were very pleased with our cabin.
Ship tip
We were on the 3rd floor, mid ship and it was extremely noisy all night long as there was a 24 hour restaurant above us. We got very little sleep. I recommend not staying on the 3rd floor mid ship if you have any plans to get some sleep.
Very disappointed in the Glacier after seeing Hubbard Glacier so large. We had talked up the experience at the glacier and then there was nothing to seel.
