Review summary
Great cruise, would highly recommend Alaska and Royal Caribbean to anyone!. Only complaint with our whole experience was when booking with RCI, we let ourselves be convinced to get 5 cabins for the 10 people in our group. We were told the rooms could all be placed next to each other. We ended up on opposite ends of the ship and on multiple levels. I feel like a lot of the time on ship was walking around to the different rooms trying to coordinate with everyone. We called multiple times and were blown off. When they said they would play back the recording to show that they did not say this, we agreed to this and asked them to do so, but they never did. It's one thing to not be able to accommodate something and tell us up front, it's another to promise i, and then when you can't make good on the promise, to ignore your customers. I'm not sure if they receive higher compensation for booking more rooms, but I think we could have gotten away with fewer rooms. If we could have at least had an apology, I would not be writing this. This is my one and only major issue with this cruise, and it has nothing to do with the cruise line, only RCI.Embarkation
