Review summary

We were upset to not go past the glaciers. The ship was beautiful and had something to do for everyone; young and old. It was a beautiful time with our extended family.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We were moved through as fast as possible.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was fantastic. The wait staff was all wonderful. We really appreciate the amazing customer service of Renato our Head Waiter, Mark our Waiter and Jeff our Assistant Waiter. They went above and beyond to appease the seniors, the adults, children and toddler at our table. The bars seemed understaffed, and the wait times were really long. I was also upset that the soda cups were not available.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did many activities, including Flow Rider, rock climbing wall, fitness center, fitness classes, roller skating, laser tag, dodgeball, bumper cars, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, arcade and more. We really enjoyed the ship. I wish it was easier to see how many arcade credits you still had on your card.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The large shows were OK. The musicians were amazing.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My young teens really enjoyed the teen zone. They loved having teen only events like rock wall, laser tag, dodgeball, bumper cars, table tennis, and air hocky.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was fantastic. He was very kind, helpful and worked very hard. The wait staff was also wonderful. We really appreciate the amazing customer service of Renato our Head Waiter, Mark our Waiter and Jeff our Assistant Waiter. They went above and beyond to appease the seniors, the adults, children and toddler at our table.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship's design was great. The maps at the elevators were very helpful. The common areas were always very well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin had a surprisingly large amount of storage. It was nice having a refrigerator, the balcony was lovely, and the bathroom was great. The cabin was very clean, and our room steward was magical. I have no idea how he fixed up our room so quickly and beautifully.

Ship tip

Get the Refreshment Package. My young teens loved getting mocktails.

No Excursion, I don't love the city.

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Ketchikan, Alaska is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Wonderful port.

Sitka, Alaska

4 out of 5
The town was beautiful but the wait to get on the bus back to the port was crazy. I have never waited in a line that long before.

Juneau, Alaska

Beautiful loved it!

Victoria, British Columbia

3 out of 5
It was okay. Didn't love the town due to our timing. Most shops were closed on a Sunday afternoon.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
The disembarkation was fantastic. The free Port Valet was also fantastic.
