Pack lightly, no need for posh dress as most restaurants allow tailored shorts. Do the excursions.

Book your tours early. Many sell out on NCl. Do your homework, shop other sources for tours. The most popular tours are the Pearl Harbor with airport dropoff. Book it first!!

Arrive at least one day early, three days would be better. See as much of each island as possible.

We were assured a cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, having called both our BJ's agent and an agent at NCL. Instead the cabin was a 1 bedroom 1 bath. In reading the customer reviews, this is not uncommon. What made matters even worse was the response we received from NCL - in essence saying "how there were other things on board that you enjoyed and next time call our agent". There will not be a next time.

Make your Specialty Dinning early and do not be despaired if you have to eat in one of the main dining areas—they are both fabulous as well

The tip is already added onto your bill, so don't tip more unless it was OUTSTANDING service!!!!

Go for a mid ship cabin. We were on Deck 8, which was convenient to everything, and we were able to take the stairs when the elevators were crowded.

Check your itinery with the cruise line before you leave. They took 2 of our ports out and did not replace them nor did we receive s refund for any portion of the cruise.
