Review summary

We should have been offered a partial refund due to the fact that we had 2 ports removed from our itinery and they were not replaced. VERY disappointing!! Not sure ee will ever cruise NCL again.

Check your itinery with the cruise line before you leave. They took 2 of our ports out and did not replace them nor did we receive s refund for any portion of the cruise.

Probably due to toxic volcanic gasses around those ports. Sounds like NCL did you and the rest of the passengers a favor as it was a safety issue most likely. Might want to leverage a better deal due to extreme and unforeseen natural disaster related issues, and re-book another cruise itinerary.

Maybe you should of read your cruise contract , missy. If you agreed to the contract without reading it then you got what you deserve. The contract will state that they can cancel port stops. It is in all cruise line contracts. So good luck ever cruising again if canceling of ports really upsets you.
