We enjoyed our cruise and were very pleased with the experience, the perks, amenities and staff. If you are planning a cruise, upgrade to a suite. Well worth the price.

It was really not what we were expecting, but it was a great way to see parts of the other islands. Would consider doing it again with a newer ship and more to offer in the evenings when not in port.

Pride of America was a great way to see many of the islands. The stateroom and bathroom were smaller than cabins on the new ships. All in all this was a good cruise.

The cruise ports of call and timeframe is great. If you count food quality as being a huge part of your trip, I would think twice. Food and beverage is not a strong point of this ship. If you are looking for a comfortable floating hotel to take you to great spots, this cruise will fulfill your need

Great itinerary, great way to see Hawaii. Not the best experience onboard the ship though

Norwegian's staff are friendly. The cabins are very small and our family had 5 balcony cabins together but the staff was not allowed to open the balcony doors so we could enjoy time together - we have enjoyed that feature on other family cruises we have taken. The food is okay but not as good as some cruise lines. It was a fun family time but we will try to avoid using Norwegian in the future unless things are improved.

THe cruise was ok but a nice way yo see al; the islands

Overall it’s a nice itinerary. We’ve been to Hawaii 4 Times since 2003 so I think that we’re done. Everything is very expensive compared to the Caribbean and Panama Canal, our favorites.

Nothing really to do, no music all the time on the pool deck, not a lot happening on the pool deck, all hot tubs were not always working, kids ran hot tubs and no one cared, entertainment was poor, food selection wasn't great in comparison to other cruises

I hope you take my comments to heart and give the staff better training or fire them and get new people who appreciate their job. I know I wuld fire my staff if they ever treated my guest as we were.

The staff needs to be better trained in all areas. I did like not being pressured to have photos taken. I did not like having to make reservations each day for dinner in the general dining rooms. Overall we enjoyed the cruise.

Although we did not have time to really tour and see Oahu, I appreciate history so for me, going to Pearl Harbor was a must see. Just walking around grounds sent chills up my body. I stood in awe as I looked at the names of those who lost their lives on that day in December. We saw a film of the bombing before we could board the boat out to the memorial for the USS Arizona. There were other memorials as well, but based on the film we watched, the other ships were repaired. It was very solemn and sobering to see the names of all of the individuals who lost their lives that day. There were numerous monuments to their courage. As I walked around the grounds and looked at the various warheads, the Bowfin submarine and the other instruments of war, I felt a great sadness for those individuals who died, but also very proud and humble to be an American. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hawaii and feel very blessed that we were able to take this trip. It was wonderful and for me, a trip of a lifetime!

This was the Cruisetour and it was wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of it and was happy to finally see Hawaii. I was very glad that the ship's Captain darkened part of the ship when we passed erupting Kilauea volcano at night. We were able to clearly see the lava and the sky was full of stars!

Horrible I would never sail on Norwegian ever again!!!!!! Rude is not the word I would use but I can’t say how bad it was I have cruised over 20 times and I won’t be back on Norwegian

This is the first cruise I have been on, and will probably be the last. I wasn't impressed enough to change my normal vacation style as the cost / value ratio was not inline with expectations.

Hawaii was amazing. There is no way better to see it than cruising around the islands. However, NCL had terrible customer service, nobody cared that we were on our honeymoon. Wait staff was rude and always seemed annoyed. Entertainment severely lacked. Everything shuts down early. It felt like a floating motel 6.

Overall, it's an easy was to see the islands. However, don't expect to be cruising in luxury even though you'll pay a higher premium. Food is below average; except, the specialty restaurants. Spa is way over priced. Shore Excursion are OK, but I'd book them on my own. Embarkation/Disembarkation was easy!

I would recommend this cruise to everyone!!! I am so happy I was able to see and experience different islands as each have their own unique features and qualities. Amazing vacation!!!!

Enjoyed the cruise very much, from the ship, excursions, food, everything! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and brought our children and their spouses. We were in Honolulu in 1968. I met my husband their on his R & R from Vietnam. We had 5 days together before he went back to DaNang. We said we always wanted to come back. So, this cruise was the perfect time.
