Review summary

The staff needs to be better trained in all areas. I did like not being pressured to have photos taken. I did not like having to make reservations each day for dinner in the general dining rooms. Overall we enjoyed the cruise.

Service and Staff

waiters could not get orders correct. room steward had to be called to make up room. Oliver in the Café Aloha bar was excellent and Pam the squirky/washy lady are a real asset to this ship as they were very helpful, friendly and informative. They made our day!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The public areas were clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room was much smaller than on other ships we have been on. The steward did a good job of cleaning it. Overall, it was comfortable.
