There are some outstanding customer service professionals on the staff, but there are also some very horrible representatives in customer-facing positions. Amy, the bartender of Pink's was oustanding! Our room steward Angelo was very helpful, and positive-minded.

The toilet stopped working in our stateroom at one point, but was fixed quickly. The water to our area of the ship was shut down for "emergency maintenance". I understand maintenance issues occur, but it is an inconvenience being without water.
