Overall, we had a great experience , our first with Norwegian. We upgraded to the suite experience for this once in a lifetime trip. I must say that the service on Princess is better but the ship was equivalent.

We had a penthouse suite booked so were met by the concierge and our butler! Couldn’t have been any easier.

Overall the food was good, I feel like the service could have been better. There were some delays that were unexplainable. Some waiters were cold , some were excellent .
Cagneys was our favorite, as well as the Italian restaurant, la Cucino. We didn’t particularly like the Jefferson bistro.
We ate at Cagney’s for breakfast as it was included in our suite, but they had a hard time getting our orders right. Again , it depended on the waiter.

The production shows were great, the usual cruise ship production .
Our favorite was the lip sync battle where the cruise staff participated and the losers lounge was hysterical.

Gorgeous room , so spacious, very clean. The balcony alone was bigger than any previous entire balcony room we ever had!!
Ship tip
It is all about the ports in Hawaii, but the ship did a great job with keeping those on ship happy
We we’re disembarking at the same time as the false missile alert on the 13th of January. The ship handled it very professionally, there was no panic, and they kept us up to date to the minute on what was happening, notifying us immediately when they got the all clear , within 15 minutes or so.
