Review summary

Very happy and satisfied with Ovation of the Seas. I hope we can still sail again in the future with her. Will miss all the friendly staff . RC should be nice to all of them and give them a good increase , recommendation to keep them. They all working hard and sacrifice being away from their loved ones. More power to you all!

Great! PRASHANTH and JAYHAIME are great and nice people. Both helped us. Great recommendation for both of them in the future and raise! Chef Alex was very nice to cooked for us. Need a raise too! All the waitresses in the buffet dining area most of them are Filipinos that were so very nice, friendly and helpful. You better keep these people, be nice to them and give them a good raise! We all loved and will miss them.

The Filipino staff that was assigned to our cabin (forgot his name) was so nice, friendly and respectful He needs great recommendation and increase too!

Ship tip

This is our first time to be in this huge ship and we all from group loved it. I hope we can sail again with Ovation if the Seas and other RC huge and largest ship!

There was an issue of charging us with luggage valet but we were denied of that service. I called to resolved this issue and the lady I talked to verified and found no ticket label was printed so she said the charged will be refunded and mail to us.
