We paid for stream and internet service, you could not stream anything and 95% of the time nothing worked. Everyone was complaining about the service, should not have to pay for something that does not provide. We had to wait till we got to the major ports to get phone calls or emails sent. This presented a major problem for me, since I had to have contact with family in the lower states.
Embarkation

ok, till you got off the boat. 1 elevator to go downstairs at the port, for the whole ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
We mainly ate at the windjammer due to my diet restrictions. Only used the main dinning once and they were not able to accommodate my low sodium diet. They were aware of it, but everything they made was pre made with sodium. As in marinated or just cooked in sodium. Food in the Windjammer was not good, it seem like they catered to to Asian crowds, and thinks did not seem fresh. The coffee was so bad, even the specialty coffee place was not good. This is based on everyone in our group. The creamer for the coffee was either frozen or just bad, it curd in your coffee. Very disappointed with this cruise line, princess seem to have very fresh food, and did not have to go to specialty restaurants to get good food. It seems like they want to run you to the speciality restaraunts so they make more money. My Son and his wife have cruised on many cruises with this cruise line and they did not like this ship either for food or coffee. They did the specialty restaurants, but had a hard time getting into them. They were all booked full.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Pools were ok, but the outside kids area only had limited times they could use them. The other activities like the trapezes they gave out arm bands at 4 pm to a limited number of people and that was it. They did not tell you this, it just shows a time from 4 to 6. Have to wait in long lines to do the bumper cars, the equipment for roller skating was discussing and unsanitary.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Disappointed that they did not have any live music out by the pool or during the day.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
My granddaughter loved the kids program, that was the best thing about this ship
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
They lacked wiping down tables before someone else sits down in the windjammer, have to ask them to wipe tables.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Lots of people on the ship were sick, lots of coughing and sneezing. 3 people in our party ended up sick, 1 on the boat and 2 the day we got off the boat.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Balcony was small, larger on other cruise ship carriers. Bed was hard and hurt your back after a few days. Granddaughter was sleeping on a little couch in the room and she complained about how uncomfortable her bed was also.
Ship tip
Do not do 11 days, half of them are at sea. Get bored on ship with that many people, and not enough activities to accommodate the number of people on the ship.
I like the port, we chartered a boat outside the cruise ship. Cruise ship charges by the person, you can rent a private boat for half the price and do more.
