The combination of the spectactular sceanery, beautiful ship, and awesome/ friendly staff made this a cruise we will always treasure!

it was a nice cruise ship with great food in the dinning room but OK food in the cafeteria type room. The ports of call were very short at two of them, 7:00 in the morning until noonish and 7:00 PM until 11;30 PM at another. Enjoyable but not the best ship we have been on. Loved Alaska though.

I was very impressed with the ship, and staff. They thought of everything.

me and my husband had a wonderful time so much and we 'll plan to do again next year the food fantastic services were fantastic room clean,the shows are great ,bed were nice and firm very very comfortable.

Captain and crew took magnificent care of us throughout the journey. Of special note were our stateroom attendants in the Upper Veranda balcony suite, and our amazing wait staff (Lucky and Miranda) in Pinnacle Grill.

The Oosterdam is a very beautiful ship. It is clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of public places to sit and relax, and there are lots of activities in which to participate.

This is a larger ship updated in 2009, but furniture still seemed outdated to me. Overall condition of ship could have beem much better.

The ship was great. Clean and taken care of at all times.

This is a typical great experience on a well run, clean, friedndly vessel.

We have cruised a number of times but this is the first time we have taken my mobility scooter along. This ship and its personnel handled my scooter great and I just "scooted" all over the ship all day long. That past few cruises have been hard trying to get to things but I am back in full form again with my scooter. I really appreciate how open they are to bringing a scooter aboard and how easy it is to use on the ship. The electrical outlets are US type so that was fine for recharging it. Elevators and restaurants were easy to maneuver and every thing had easy access. Some excursions take the scooter too. It would be very helpful if excursions noted that in their summaries. Thank you so much!

The crew was perhaps not the friendliest compared to other cruises we have taken (including on HAL) but they were hard workers and all went well.

Beautiful ship, well-maintained by exceptional staff, offered activities to suit everyone's taste.

Overall, it was a lovely cruise with lots of onboard activities, great food and very pleasant and personable staff. The dessert buffet poolside was fabulous!

The ship is one of the cleanest we have been on. It is apparent the crew takes great pride in their job. The Vista restaurant is the formal restaurant and it creates an upscale dining experience, even for breakfast.

When we booked the cruise we were to stay in Cabo San Lucas over night so I booked a room at a hotel in Cabo. We did not even know that they had changed the stops until the second day of the cruise. The food was ok at best but the buffet had the same thing every day very little change in menu, a dinner salad was not even offered as an everyday option at the sit down dinner my wife had the escargo one night and she said it was all butter and no garlic. I could not eat my lobster because it melted when i bit it "like it was gelitan" I tried my wifes and it was fine some firm texture and good. The boat was fine lots of kids but it was Spring Break the Hot Tubs are a bit small 4 person max except for one, the crews was awsome and the boat was clean quick service in glases and towels for the price it was fine.
