If you go all the way forward on Lido Desk , through the Spa ,on the right you will see a door that will take you outside , a good place to take photos and enjoy the view

Make your way around the first day. Get ready early for Tracy Arm by staking out a place other than the observation deck. Casino staff is friendly servers are not but can be helpful. Excursions are ok if you book away from the boat we used Harv and Marv whale watching in Junuea.

Breakfast was the best opportunity to get food cooked exactly like you want and the Pinnacle Grill is worth the money.

Look at the excursion choices early. Read your menus to decide where on the ship you would like to eat. Look at the choices of ship activities early in the day, or you may miss something you really would have enjoyed.

Lido Deck dining was fine and the aft deck was wonderful and not very crowded as I would have expected in such wonderful weather. The prices at the gift shop were surprisingly reasonable.

We ordered room service breakfast several times. The food was hot, served on time, and we avoided the morning rush.

Read the agenda sheets that comes around daily try not to miss any of the on board activities. Food is great try all restaurants. Casino was fun. Take this trip

Agenda sheets are excellent and very informative; make sure they are read the night before; during travel down the inner passage plan to spend the day on the stern of the boat. This was one of our most relaxing days as we soaked up the sun, drank mimosas and viewed the beautiful scenery

If you’re looking for a party ship or big night life the Oosterdam is not for you. We had been on it before and we were just looking for a cruise to relax. Not many young people and very few children it’s an older crowd.

The Crows Nest Bar has the best views on the ship and the bartenders are the best.

Truly loved the Crow's Nest for some needed coziness. The ship was well taken care of and clean.

If you are going to have room service in the mornings, order it in the morning, do not fill out the card that you put on your door the night before. We did this once and it was cold.

It seemed to be an older group but that was ok. many we met were on a multiple trip to Alaska - we enjoyed it.

No laundry facilities on ship. Laundry service offered by ship is expensive. Pack accordingly.
