Review summary
My family just returned from our cruise and we loved it! Beautiful scenery, wonderful food, and great on-board entertainment. The ship staff was very attentive, and we all had a super vacation. The only disappointment was with a couple of the excursions we booked through Holland America. The Mt. Roberts Tramway was overpriced since we could have bought our own ticket at the pier for $10 instead of the $30 we paid in advance. Also, don't waste your time and money booking the excursion to see Fortress of the Bear. It was a shabby, rinky-dink enclosure with 5 bears inside. Not worth it. Otherwise, every other excursion was just as we hoped. Would definitely recommend this trip to others!Ship experiences
