Review summary
I highly recommend the Oosterdam. I liked the smaller size of the ship and it was extremely clean and well-maintained. I can not say more about the quality of our service and the hard working crew - it was amazing everywhere. I would have liked more activities during the day but gladly take this trade-off for a smaller, more personal experience. My only negative was the WiFi situation. It was hit or miss and we paid extra.Embarkation

Food and Dining
The food was amazing. We tried every venue and were not disappointed.
Onboard Activities
We did several activities. We did main stage shows, BB blues club, piano bar, wine tasting, test kitchen, and Microsoft experience. We liked them all. It would have been nice for test kitchen to include an actual taste. It would have been nice to see more options especially on sea days. Wine tasting was amazing but it was an extra cost. Tea was so,so.

The staff was amazing. Our service everywhere was top-notch.
Ship Quality
The ship was e timely clean and we saw people cleaning all the time. I took wipes to use but didn’t really need them. We were very impressed.
Cabin / Stateroom
Great cabin. Lots of space. We especially liked the dressing area. We were right by the elevator which did cause a little daytime noise but nothing too bad.
Ship tip
I was worried the age group would not be diverse. I was wrong. All ages traveled and we had a terrific time meeting lots of different people.

Ports of call
No excursion due to flight arrival the day before. All started too early. Took train to downtown area. Easy to do and very convenient. Market was crazy busy.
Went whale watching. Saw all kinds of whales, eagles, etc. info shared was great. Very wonderful excursion. Highly recommend.
Amazing. Captain got us very close and turned the ship so we could see from a variety of locations including our balcony.
Loved this port. Did a very fun pub crawl that gave us a good tour of this city. Would have liked longer time in this port. We were only there in the morning.
