Review summary

Holland America was used by us for the first time after using 3 different shipping companies. We were greatlt satisfied with the service and amenities of the ship and would highly recommend Holland America to anyone!

Very clean and functional for all activities. Only difficulty we all experieneced was with the beverage dispensers. They were a pain most of the trip for the ship staff and patrons. Someone needs to design better dispensing machines that do not need as much attention.

Great services. Needed repair seviv=ces on two occasions and they were "Johny on the spot". One of the friendliest satffs we have experienced.

Loved the city port. Did niot take the trip to Rome because of the short time there. Talked wioth many people who made the trip and many were not too thrilled for what they got for the money.

Pros: SHIP AMENITIES WERE GREAT AND THE WEATYHER COPERATED THROUGHOUT THE TRIP. THE PORTS OF CALL WERE GREAT

Cons: MANY OF THE SIDE TRIPS DID NOT INTEREST US. WE FOUND THE PORTS MORE INTERESTING AND LESS TOURIST SAVOY WHIC E PREFERRED
