Overall the cruise was very good and enjoyed spending time with family. I loved the cleanliness of the ship but the staff wasn’t very welcoming. I’d still sail on this ship again because I believe it will all come together after the newness wears off. The room steward said they were short staffed so it was understandable why we only saw them once a day.

Same food daily. Very little variety and meal times were very short. Lunch was especially a short window. If you missed, burgers and hot dogs were pretty much all that was offered at the buffet.
Onboard Activities

I was with a group of 14 so we made our own party. My husband and I enjoyed the Mandarin Spa daily. Deal or No Deal was fun and we spent lots of time in the casino.

Comedians were awesome. Didn’t get into Beetlejuice.

With the exception of the Starbucks crew, I was disappointed in the staff. Not very friendly at all. Room stewards only come once a day. We saw our steward about 3 times the entire cruise.

Size was great. We had a rag left hanging in our shower but the room overall was great.
Maybe that is the reason why they are in a bad mood (staff), being short of staff plus working very hard is exhausting i think,
I do think if they have enough staff the staff could be friendlier
We liked the new ship design. Unfortunately, on most cruiselines, the room steward only services the room once per day. This was a change several years ago.
