Review summary

We had hot water about every other day. The food at the buffet was awful. The food in the main dining was just OK. Glasses for water in our cabin weren't changed for the first seven days. We kept bringing up our own fresh ones. We asked for ice every evening and got it about every other evening. Customer service is very poor.
