Review summary

Been on many cruises and this was the most disappointing. Only redeeming factor was the ports. Decreased service. It is like we were bothering them. No communication. Left outside ship for over an hour - no communication as to why and no apology. It is like they don't care - we got your money so no reason to ensure you stay.

Food was excellent! Some of the waiters were excellent! Buffet was difficult to manuever around and opening times not the best when ship kept changing clock time.

Onboard Activities

Very few activities. Mostly at port, but could have done better. Cake Masters, Goofy Golf and balloon twisting was fun. Lacking in others. The cruise staff needed to be more dressed up for night parties.

Entertainment

Stage shows were great, but no afternoon musicians till after 1500 and played less than an hour. They couldn't even pipe music - so pool deck was quiet. AWFUL!!!

Children's Programs

Not open when at port! Was not notified so child was alone during day when on shore excursion. Most of the excursions were sold out or he didn't want to go. Ship offered nothing to help so he was alone for 8 hours at times... When operating, he really enjoyed the staff.

Service and Staff

Only Adhi (head waitor) and Joseph(waitor) from the Four Seasons and Maria from the pasta bar on deck 11 are AWESOME! The hostesses were rude. The waiters did not get the orders correct. The room stewards only come once a day and NO towel animals. The room stewards never learned our schedule or followed the make room so we waited for them outside the door many days.

Maintenance issues - explained to room steward and never fixed. Hard to maneuver around due to closet location and bathroom door.
