You NCL apps was not useful in the ship. It log out the whole family once one member if the family log in. We can't see the menu and cannot do reservation in the apps. We can't see weather report in ouaps and TV screen.

Nice, overall except that we docked too.long in some of the ports with nothing much to do and short stay on ports with a lot of attractions.

We got tired of the breakfast buffet . It was all the same throughout the cruise. Apps don't have weather report which was very important for our outfit before disembarkation. Even our TV screens don't show the temperature. Poor announcement and signage of ship's time and embarkation time. NCL apps needs to be updated. It logs out everyone once one of us logs in. We can't view the menu and reserve table in the apps. No weather report. Poor information given during announcement and hardly audible from our cabin. Announcements needs to be announced at least 2x.

The cruise director should be more upbeat, energetic and entertaining.Once the shop docks, we could only get one announcement from the cruise director and we could hardly hear her announcement when our cabin is close. She should give the announcement atlleast twice.

Performers from Stardust theater were not great. The show itself and the vocalist were low to my expectations. Show was not spectacular except for the Spanish duo.

The waiters, hostesses, dining receptionists were patient and courteous. The room stewards was very helpful and diligent in cleaning.The only bad experience I had was the security officer at Lisbon port who was not helpful.

The room was too small for 4 people. We ended up not using the pull out bed because if space issue and I have to sleep on it as a couch. Shower room too tight even with our slim body.
Port terminal was too far and too dark to walk to ship. There was no security at all and we couldn't find the immigration office which we thought was a warehouse. NCL should assign some if there personnel and spread them out along the terminal. Poor signage.
Disembarkation was limited to one gangway which cause a lot of delays especially if some embarkation card don't work properly. Guests with special mobility might need a separate gangway to expedite disembarkation in ports of call.
