Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

We traveled as a family of five and had two rooms, 9302 and 8305. We have cruised with multiple cruise-lines in the recent past and our dining experience was worst with you.

see specific comments below

Cabin / Stateroom
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
it seemed like an older ship but it was kept clean.
Destinations and Excursions
destinations were good but excursions were more expensive than the market price
Onboard Activities
Add more sports, such as roller blading, rock climbing, etc.
Children's Programs
you need to add more shows and better variety. Change Philippino hosts or train them better.
Service and Staff
Even though his jokes were stale, the cruise director was quite talented. The stand up comedy was good.
Food and Dining
The menu was quite limited and almost same everyday. Two different restaurants that we tried, four seasons and seven seas had the same menu and nothing better to offer as compared to the buffet. A couple of items were being prepared in the buffet area, pasta and asian. These cooks refused to make any variations in these items being prepared. buffet area did not have enough space for the # of passengers
