Review summary

We did the last 11 day Mexican Riviera Cruise of the season and I must say we enjoy this cruise more than any before.  Everything was great till the last day and time to disembark at San Diego.  They kept saying people that were not U.S. citizen must report someplace to clear customs & immigration before the ship could be cleared for everyone else to disembark.  This went on for two hours but the problem being it was always in English, which the non U.S. citizens obviously did not understand.

As time went on the confusion just got worse, with long lines of people with luggage not knowing which very long line to be in.  It was like they had never disembarked the ship before.  The whole time repeating the same message in English.  What a shame to end such a nice cruise on such a sour note.  We missed our flight as did many other.

Ship tip

Would like to go with NCL again but will check for bad disembarkation reviews first.
