Review summary

We have cruised a fair amount, 3 times with Norwegian. Although there was nothing blatantly bad, there just wasn't the atmosphere that we usually see on a cruise. We put it down to lack of enthusiasm of the crew, where they are just doing a job. There is a difference. We would probably consider your line again, in the hope that what we saw was not normal with your cruises. The one bright spot was the 7 seas dining room staff, who did care and showed it. They were very personable.
