I know my review is killing NCL but for a family of 6 we all expected more and we were not alone in our thinking- This is a beautiful itinerary of absolutely amazing ports but the Ship needs to be retired-
Embarkation

Went smoothly
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Food was cafeteria quality at Garden cafe
Aqua restaurant was great
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Zero- “ hair loss evaluation “ & acupuncture evaluation is not a activity! Just another money grab - Honestly this ship felt like a floating infomercial!
Seriously, the above items are listed on all daily “freestyle activities!!
Terrible
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Pretty bad from horrible singing to a magic show that was more of a comedy!
Acrobatic act was awesome and the violin duo was ok but the overall entertainment was brutal...sorry
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Toilet refused to flush 4 times and the manager in the spa was absolutely rude and unprofessional.
Everything was eventually taken care of but I had to make to many numerous complaints before action was taken.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Ship was clean but very very small pool and our toilet issues.
A lot of people complaining about the only one small poll and not enough room on deck.
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
Toilet was a major issue and....on 3 mornings around 7am the crew would move or do maintenance to the emergency vessels near our room and the noise was like a truck was out on deck ! This would go one for 45 minutes and when we complained to the service desk we asked “what noise and when?” So much for sleeping in on a late day arrival when on vacation!!!!!!!
Sounds like cruising isn’t for you. Most people love it, but it’s not for everyone. Since you didn’t seem to enjoy the ports but not much of anything on the ship, a land-based vacation would probably appeal to you more.
So because the crew was setting up or working for the day to please your ungrateful high standard ass you couldnt sleep in. Hmmm get a room higher off the main deck and away from pool and food areas or just stay home.
