Review summary

I wish i could get my money back. The star is a boring ship to be on for 2 weeks. I dont do being bored well. Since i dont have an unlimited bankroll, i could not afford to pay to be in a bingo game all day or buy outrageously overpriced , or beverages, or go to jewelry auctions .

The food was bland. Steaks had no seasoning. Bread was usually room temperature. Staff was superb. Deserts were not good except the creme brulee

The only complimentary thing to do at anytime was sitting somewhere like the pool, the library, the room, or on a bench. There were plenty of places to go if you had enough money to shell out like it was nothing.

It was a room. Thats all. The television programming was as lame as any thing i have ever come across. It was simply attrocious. The same 3 or 4 movies over and over again. The ships infomercials on several channels over and over again.

Ship tip

If you want to get away to read books and sit in a chair and do nothing for 2 weeks, this is your cruise. If you want to be entertained and have something fun and exciting, DONT DO THIS CRUISE
