Cabins are small so be prepared, otherwise spend the extra money to get a balcony so that you can get fresh air into your cabin room. Food is not very healthy so be prepared to eat a lot of salads that you can prepare yourself to avoid all the grease, gravy, cheese and fatty additives found in food.

This ship needs to go into dry dock and have a complete over haul or needs to be cut up since new ships are arriving!! Will never cruise this ship again!!

Cagney's and Le Bistro are the best specialty restaurants. Buy the package-you'll need it.

Establish a relationship with the cabin staff. Turn on the TV for safety procedures. Hit the 7th floor bar's and snacks kiosks as soon as possible. Read and follow the daily schedule. And make sure to select a cabin with a balcony. Packing light is the answer to your cruising comfortable experience.

If you want a seat closer to the center or the front of the Stardust Theater, arrive early. Otherwise you have to climb up to get to seats. Come late and you also have to walk in front of everyone, then walk up the stairs.

We liked the Garden Room for its smaller size than the very large Windows dining room. For Raffles buffet it was easy to carry our plates outside either by the pool or the aft deck. For ports where no pre-arranged excursion is planned, simply relax and wait until most of the passengers disembark.

Price shop for alternative excursions. The ship rates are really high. We were able to do excursions for a fraction of what the ship was charging. Get the drink package- the drinks are really expensive.

It's not very far to walk from one end of the ship to the other since it's a smaller ship. Balcony rooms aren't as cramped as inside. Try eating outside near Raffles.

A beer will cost you $6.75, a mixed drink will cost you $10. Deck 12 all the way to the front is a great viewing area. They love to sanitize your hands getting on the ship and before every meal; nothing wrong with that.
