Review summary
We were so surprised about this ship. The crew was exceptional and kept it up so well. Our cabin attendant, Jun, was always about working and waiting for our needs to be met. Rey in ShoGun and Jonathan in the Trattoria were 2 of the nicest men and always attentive. We made friends quickly. The entertainment was always top notch. Food in the specialty restaurants was diversified and gourmet and always served perfectly. We enjoyed each meal. Overall, the staff was friendly and eager to please. No complaints anywhere, except possibly shore excursions. I told them that to walk in the lava rock, they should have told us to wear closed toe shoes. Their reply was, you should wear comfortable shoes. Mine were comfy, but not safe in the sandy-like terrain. This is a safety issue and I was trying to prevent falls. My friend almost went down! Otherwise, well done!
